The Location
Located on site, just up the hill from Willow Brook, we’ve designed The Cottage to be the perfect retreat for wedding guests or as a romantic “mini-moon for our couples. Wait until you see the sunsets!
Guests will love all the attention to detail in The Cottage from the quartz countertops, large kitchen island, high-end bedding to the spa like bathrooms and you’ll even find a mint on your pillow! Imagine sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the wrap-around porch with a glass of wine from Fabbioli (walking distance away!) watching the sunset over the mountains! You’ll never want to leave!
The Details: Bridal Suite:
•2 Guest rooms
•Coffee bar + espresso machine (indulge in an afternoon latte as you prep!)
•Wet bar & lounging area with flat screen TV
•Mirrored makeup stations, accented with gooseneck lights and a reclaimed local barn wood counter (plenty of room for hair and makeup stylists to work their magic!)
•"Sunset Deck" off the bridal suite with amazing sunsets & views of the countryside - Grab a latte and enjoy!
The Details: Groom’s Quarters:
•A huge gathering area for the guys to hang out! Highlights include a 60 inch TV, and a 9 foot shuffle board table
•Reclaimed wood bar with a live edge mirror (perfect prep area for tying ties and buttoning suits!)
• Full kitchen, complete with an 11 ft. Calacatta Quartz kitchen island, with plenty of seating.
• Grill and fire pit area, casual patio seating and lawn games for the guys and/or gals!

The Wedding Barn
The Wedding Barn is the heart of Willow Brook, a stunningly timeless barn, the contrast of classic white board & batten exterior and modern features such as black windows, gooseneck lighting and a three story wall of windows! Looking out onto 500 acres of rolling hills of Virginia wine country, provides the perfect backdrop for your dream wedding, from start to finish.
The Details: So many amenities for that all-inclusive feel!
•Welcomes a max of 110 guests (Bride-to-Be tip: the loft is perfect for photos! Imagine your bridal party looking out from the double-breezeway barn doors-Dreamy!)
•Stunning 36 ft high open reception area with a 3-story wall of windows, overlooking 500 acres of rolling hills!
• Temperature controlled to accommodate year-round weddings.
•Mens and Ladies restrooms with quartz counter tops, cute white barn-style doors and plenty of mirrors! (handicap accessible).
•Amazing 6 ft. wide, hand forged, black iron chandeliers, designed by industrial blacksmith, John Sarriugarte - makes an elegant statement!
•Covered Portico area, adjacent to The Barn, with gorgeous countryside views. (Bride-to-Be tip: This area was designed with your cocktail hour in mind).
•Barn interior with classic, natural finish tongue and groove wood.
•Large Prep Kitchen - with Quartz counters - your caterer will love it
•Indoor/outdoor bar: accessible from The Barn or Covered Portico area with awning windows for cocktail hour--gorgeous!

Your Dream Day Package
This experience includes everything you would need for your One Dream Day, from start to finish. You won’t have to worry about tight, stressful timelines: Our Dream Day experience includes up to 16 hours of exclusive use of the venue!
This is for the Bride-to-Be who values:
•A full day of exclusive access to the venue (morning arrival as early as you want!)
•Feeling relaxed instead of rushed to set up, decorate and enjoy time with friends
•Dancing the night away without worrying about the timeline!
What’s Included:
•Use of The Barn for your one hour rehearsal (usually on Friday)
•Exclusive use of The Farmhouse Bridal Suit and use of The Groom’s Quarters
•Use of The Barn for up to 16 hours on the day of the wedding (we know how early hair and makeup artists arrive!) Weddings end by 10:00pm. You may arrive as early as 6:00am

Our Mini Wedding Package
5 hour mini package, Monday - Thursday events only for 50 guests or fewer
Our Mini Wedding package is perfect for the couple looking to share their day with family and friends with a ceremony, cocktail hour with passed and stationary appetizers, light entertainment and lingering with guests enjoying the outdoor amenities of Willow Brook. Guests might like to play a game of corn-hole or relax by the fire pit and have drinks on the patio! This Mini Wedding Experience has the curated feel & design elements of a traditional wedding but on a more intimate level.
A standard timeline for the Mini Package may look like this:
• 20 minute ceremony
• 60 minute cocktail hour with heavy appetizers or light buffet options
• 2 hour of light entertainment/dancing
• 60-90 minutes for set up and clean up
